Interview

Interview
Very long and tedious - however its part of the process. One interview & then a second round, then a third round of on-site follow up & then a final stage of references. Time consuming and patience is required for the vetting process.

Job postings will be up on the website for a minimum of 3/4 weeks due to equal opportunity. It is important to have multiple key words or phrases from the job description in your resume to make it past the HR screening. From there the hiring manager will reach out for an interview which is really a personality evaluation and a verification of the abilities you listed on your resume.
