I applied online and I was asked to schedule a call with their HR person. The HR person indicated during the call that they already had a lot of candidates in the pipeline. He seemed to suggest that he was only doing this for formality since I had already applied. I felt like my time was wasted. A few weeks later I received a generic email saying they found a better candidate.
