Interview
First interview is with two to three other Community Editors who round robin the questions. They are not allowed to ask follow up questions so be sure to be specific. The second round is with a Community Editor and the Director. Don't assume any of the interviewers have seen your resume or your cover letter.

Interview
Had three people in there, 2 management staff, and HR staff. Mid-way through the interview, one of the management staff left the interview. They had a few questions, interview lasted about 20 minutes. Seemed like they were not prepared. The management staff person that left, asked most all the questions, then when he left, I believe only a couple questions were asked. The other management staff member didn't talk until I asked him a question, and then the answer really didn't address the question asked. There main concern was when I could start, and I think they were seeing if I would be a good fit based on how I talked, and how I appeared. I believe since I could start early, I had analytical skills, and I had similarities with certain staff members, I was offered the position.
