4yOur company has been working from home since March 2020, so the comment "just not in the office" is inaccurate. In addition, if there are employees out of the office, it is typically because CGRN runs 23 international conferences a year - requiring multiple employees to travel. Benefits have not been cut in the last two years, and all employees are offered health insurance, dental, vision, LTD, 401K, and holiday/sick hours.
