Community First Bank of Indiana interview questions

I was impressed by their professionalism from the start. They had great questions for candidates and were very engaging. It was mostly conversational which made it easier to get to know what the bank was like.

Phone interview followed by in person with branch manager. Manager was late in calling me, so I had to reach out proactively. The HR department is probably the worst in any company I’ve dealt with. Be prepared for no communication and a lot of in professionalism from HR.
