It was very long, multiple rounds, felt like a bit and switch interview, position I applied for was filled after I interviewed but offered me more interviews for a different position.

Why I wanted to work there, given my title was higher than the position.
Starts with an HR screen, then a behavioral interview, then a live case presentation where they bring you into the office to present in front of the team and do an actual phone call outreach.
