Before they were offerring internship program in that they had asked about api manipulation way before gpt era so it was one website where we had to understand the api and do some manipulation with it.
Interview was a phone screen,a behavioral interview, a case interview, and then two 15 minute discussions with leadership. The case is a heavy time commitment and not easy to present. I received good feedback on the behavioral and case interview and was passed on to a 15 minute interview with a VP where they ultimately decided I wasn't the right fit.
It seems like they are not afraid to make candidates go through a lengthy process just to be rejected based on fit by leadership (something that probably should be evaluated much earlier on in the process). Waste of time for candidates to go through all of that just to be told that you're not the right fit at the last stage of the process.

Assessment and if cleared, then 3 rounds interview. Second round usually focuses on technical and overall logical thinking. Other rounds focus mainly about role fit and general questions about experiences.
