Thank you for your feedback and for interviewing with Commvault. I sincerely appreciate the time you took to provide feedback and I am sorry to hear that you had a negative interview experience. We are fortunate to work at a very fast growing company and at times that means things don’t always go to plan. When building our interview process we decided to put a stake in the ground with a goal to provide feedback on application status to every candidate in order to avoid the “black hole” that exists for most job seekers. It seems as if in our eagerness to be transparent and share feedback that we moved too quickly this time. I do want to assure you that all of our sourcing and recruiting is done in house, from our dev centers in NJ, Santa Clara, and Bangalore, Hyderabad or Pune.
