I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Compass Datacenters (Addison, TX) in May 2026
Interview
Not me being biased at all; 100% transparency, and I don't write many reviews. Their process is a total drag: 7 interviews and a DiCS assessment. Even the recruiter mentioned that I did great, including one of the internal interviewers. For this company to claim Culture and humanity, the feedback that was brought to my attention said otherwise. They made invalid excuses and lacked class. If you interview with them, be prepared for a lot of your time and true effort to be wasted. They don't know what they actually want for their roles. If you are confident and have a solid career background could be concerning for them. Despite strong feedback throughout the process, the final decision didn't align with what was communicated.
