      A little Cultlike - when they try to change you as a person, a line is crossed.

      Pay is decent, benefits are decent, company is growing

      Cons

      Culture can be a little bit cult like and if you are not on "the in" you feel like an outsider and the cult punsihes you in different ways, mostly by freezing you out. I also found that many of the top managers really don't follow their cutlure, they only do when it suits them.
