Process was very short and sweet. Didnt ask me a single thing about myself. Just what I know! Straight to the point but it was fine, they know what they want and that is okay.
I applied online. I interviewed at Compass Mining in July 2023
Interview
I believe that the interview went very well and it was a great conversation. I have since not heard a word from the company and have not been able to get in touch with them. It appears this is a pattern for this role which makes me weary about the integrity of the company.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Compass Mining (Denver, CO) in Aug 2022
Interview
Completely unprofessional. I interviewed with three people in three days. The first two interviews were great but the third interview was completely unprofessional. To begin with, they showed up late to the Zoom call. When they did show up, they were wearing a ball cap and hoodie. (unprofessional) When the interview started, I received a notification (which I checked after the interview), that someone was looking at my LinkedIn profile. So the person did not do their research before the interview but instead decided to look me up in the middle of the interview. (unprofessional) Lastly, they asked questions about my previous clients and pressured me to disclose personal information about some of the crises I handled. (completely unprofessional) I was adamant and didn't divulge the information and I am sure that is the reason why I didn't receive the offer. After a few weeks of following up with emails and being ghosted and not receiving a response (unprofessional), I accepted an offer from another organization. From all the reviews I am seeing online and on social media, I am glad I didn't receive an offer.
