Type a given paragraph as fast as you can in 5 minutes, with minimal mistakes. Speech test in front of one of the call center managers to see if you can properly perform reading.

Interview
During the interview, one would have to test their typing speed. The interviewer was friendly and made the process more of a conversation. Though, once hired it took about a month to get training day.
