Competitive Edge interview questions

Type a given paragraph as fast as you can in 5 minutes, with minimal mistakes. Speech test in front of one of the call center managers to see if you can properly perform reading.

Responded to Craigslist ad. Was invited to initial screening. Attended with two others. Consisted of 5-minute typing test, followed by reading/speaking test and brief interview. Everyone was very pleasant and professional and testing was conducted efficiently. Upon completion, was asked to return for a training class followed by some phone time, after which the actual hire occurs.
