Very easy and efficient process! You get to see exactly what you’ll be doing, and the manager was super nice, taking time to explain everything clearly. Everything was well organized and straightforward, which made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.

Laidback interview with the manager outlining the typical day-to-day expectations. Also gave a tour of the building and allowed you to shadow with one of the RBTs to see how things are essentially done.
