I loved working with the learners.

Cons

Pay isn’t competitive, Medicaid pays $83 per hour per learner but the ones doing the therapy only get $20 out of it, no bump for RBTs who have a college degree or prior experience, hours are inconsistent, onboarding process is somewhat a mess.

Steady stream of clients, autonomy, good support from onsite BCBAs and onsite management.

Cons

Pay is at the low end of the range, communication from upper management in non existent, their proprietary software is very glitchy and problematic.
