      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Con Edison (New York, NY) in Mar 2025

      Interview

The process was okay overall but excessive considering it is an entry level position. It began with an initial phone call, roughly 30-40 minutes long. They asked standard interview questions in addition to some scenario common sense questions. If you get selected, you are invited for the next stage, which are 4-5 separate interviews with a 30 minute break in between. These include a technical interview, and interviews with management.

      Application

I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Con Edison (New York, NY) in Apr 2023

      Interview

The interview process for the LDP/Management Associate role was straightforward compared to a lot of the hoops and chaos other tech/engineering companies in NYC had me go through. From application to job offer took only two and a half weeks! - The first interview was a behavioral type of interview, - The next interview (technical + behavioral) was scheduled for a week later. - Then, I received my offer letter exactly a week after my second interview! (The second interview was pretty intense, so prepare as well as you can.)

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Typical behavioral questions during both interviews (how you work in a team, how you communicate issues to employees who are more senior than you are, etc) Some technical questions during the second interview that I didn't anticipate (environmental engineering and energy related questions etc). So definitely have some understanding of the current energy industry and the challenges they're facing. Best of Luck!
