I applied online. I interviewed at Conagra Brands (Denver, CO) in Feb 2026
Interview
at first I thought the process was normal, but as it progressed it seemed more and more unprofessional. Intake call with a recruiter, then a virtual interview with the manager. Both times both put the emphasis on how I was a top candidate. Then I’m ghosted for three weeks. Brought in for a final round of interviews. Interviewed with two teams and the hiring manager again. Told I’d know by next week. Was ghosted again for a week finally sent an email and was told no for this position but we want you to fill this position potentially. I said okay let them take my app for the second position. Again told I’d know something by a week. Nothing ghosted again and the posting is now down. The most unprofessional waste of my time.

tell us about a time you were making a process change and had push back.
initial phone screen and then 2 rounds of standard behavioral interviews. One was with hiring manager. The other was with manager and a few other cross functional managers. Pretty standard questioning. Not a ton of technical questions other than basic CPG finance questions
20 minutes phone screen with hr manager, 30 minute zoom interview with finance manager, then followed by a 1.5 hour in person behavioral interview with three different finance managers at their downtown office.
