Interview
You must be studying at a college or university. They have you do a drug test. As long as you're friendly, you'll probably get hired. I was told that they weren't hiring anymore. I left my resume there and told them if anyone quit or became ill to call me.

Question 1
There was no formal interview. They ask about school, your major, your previous work experience, and your plans for the future.
Process involved a video interview with standard behavioral questions. Process was smooth and the interviewer was very kind and encouraging. The whole process was quite quick and I got my offer within a week of interviewing.
first round was a 30 minute call (no camera needed), second round was two back to back 30 minute interviews over Microsoft Teams. All my interviewers were really nice and conversational.
