The interview process was fairly quick. I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed with the department manager and my would be supervisor. They asked easy questions, gave me an overview of the position and gave me a start date for the following week. They were both very friendly and laid back, yet professional.

You apply online via the website. You then get an email from the hiring party letting you know they’d like to secure an interview via phone call. The call lasts about an hour and they ask questions surrounding experience with call centers
Unprofessional and too much time spent on insignificant things. It would have been better to have more one on one than panel interviews so that you could get to know them
