It was easy and free. It was nice to talk face to face with someone to get a feel for how we would possibly be working together. After my boss was fired the new guy was not as personable but still easy to approach.
Questions about me, my work experience and how much I can contribute to the facility. My pay doesn't match my worth and the interview process was quick and painless. I was homeless at the time
