I was grandfathered in from a previous urgent care. I did not get an interview but we had a weekend of training before going live. It was hectic and the process was all over the place
Quick call back and interview set up. It felt more like a conversation. Director at the time was easy going and understanding and flexible. Hired with in a week. Had to do drug test and TB test.

Interview
I applied on the MWE website was contacted by via email to complete application online shortly after that I was contacted by the COD to come in for an interview , at my interview it was pleasant and informative Tamika Campbell and Kay Conway were very nice , later that same day I was contacted and offered the position.
