Interview
I had a 1 hour in person interview. I was under the impression that I would be meeting with 1 person, but turned out to be a panel and they were hiring for 2 different teams/positions. Pretty straight forward questions, nothing too difficult as far as questions went. Ending up being ghosted. Followed up, but still no word on the position. I feel like communication could have been stronger from the start.

Interview
The first contact was a phone call asking me if I was still interested in the job. We then set an in office interview time. There were 2 people I spoke to, they both were people I would be working with. I was called back for another round of interviews with 2 people I would be working with. Then received a phone call with a job offer followed by an e-mail with a job offer.

They asked about my experience, and they did a real good job of describing what the job was about. They did bring up questions like how do I deal with upset customers, how important are deadlines etc.
