Connect for Health Colorado interview questions

Applied online and was contacted by HR the next day for a first interview. They sent a video link but then called me on my cell instead saying they didn’t want to be on video. Conversation went very well. Typical questions. The HR person said I was a perfect fit and they’re moving me on to the next round. They emphasized that they wanted to fill the role quickly, within a couple weeks. Then silence. I sent a thank-you note after the interview. No response. I followed up two weeks later. Nothing. Ghosted. Just noticed they reposted the same position 3 months later.
