      High pay and remote work, but trust issues remain

      high paying, remote work makes for good life balance

      Cons

      the way they dismantled my team and laid me off damaged me so much Im still dealing with it over a year later. The way leaders lied to me has made it really hard for me to trust coworkers in my new position

      Can work from home. Benefits is not bad.

      Cons

      One of the software dev managers knows nothing about software development. He uses the number of code repository commits as a measure of developer performance. Even a junior developer knows this can not be used as a measure of a developer's performance. What a joke and embarrassment !
