I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ConnectWise (Tampa, FL) in Apr 2014
Interview
Reached out to recruiter, set up phone interview with training manager, next interview was with managers, final interview was with senior manager and the director of the entire department. The phone interview is to gauge your interest, they must see that you have done your homework on the company and that you want to work for them. If your interest is passive, do not even apply. For the most part, all the interviews actually consist of you interviewing them. If you do not ask them questions and show interest, they will not consider you. That being said, it's important to be yourself and relax, your personality is what they are interested in most since they can teach almost anyone how to do the job. The in-person interviews are rather unorthodox, like I wrote, they are gauging your interest and assessing your personality more than anything. Don't feign interest or overdo it, they can see through BS and prefer people who are being real, not people telling them what they think they want to hear.

Interview
I then received an email two weeks ago stating how they would like to interview me again and to attempt to schedule. I moved my schedule around then hurricane irma was coming so 24 hours before the interview I called to confirm they would be open the recruiter I was told was unavailable so I left a voicemail and sent an email I received an email back later that afternoon around 4 confirming my interview and the company will be open.
I drive an hour to the location my interview was at 10am I was there at 9:45 I was told to sign in and wait I waited until 10:25 when someone who was not my interviewer or recruiter came back and said the directors were crafting their hurricane plan we would have to cancel and reschedule. I said I understand and left and followed up with the recruiter as requested letting her know I would be staying for the hurricane to let me know when the interview scheduled.
Fast forward to last Thursday and the recruiter emailed me to reschedule for this Tuesday once again I moved my schedule and set it up about 30 minutes later I received a rejection email I immediately emailed the recruiter to inquire about it and received no response. Today I called to confirm my interview for tomorrow once again the recruiter was unavailable So I left a voicemail. At about 3pm I had received no contact so I sent a follow up email about 45 minutes ago I finally get a reply

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at ConnectWise
Interview
had one phone interview then a face to face on the same day. People were very friendly even though I was 30 minutes late. Had a great experience with the staff.
I applied online. I interviewed at ConnectWise in June 2016
Interview
First was a phone interview, where they confirmed my salary expectations ($45-$50k) and schedule availability. I had let them know that overnights would probably not work and the phone interviewer said no problem. Then, completed a timed assessment. Finally was invited in for interview with two people. Interview went well, but interviewers informed me that overnights would be required and last probably for a year, and salary would be significantly lower than I had discussed with phone interviewer. They apologized for the miscommunication, but I found it very disappointing to be told one thing on the phone and then told a completely different story in person. I did enjoy visiting the company and it seems like a great company, but they definitely need to have better communication between hiring managers and recruiting.
