An online test then assessment centre. Assessment centre consisted of group activity, solo interview with 3 members of the team and a 15 minute presentation which you are given 30 minutes to prepare.The consisted of a lot of waiting around for the other candidates to interview though a lunch was provided and overall staff were friendly. A lot of attention was given to health and safety, walking around the building all candidates had to walk on the right hand side of the corridor and hold the hand rail when walking up stairs. During the one on one interview questions were situational questions, for example explain a time were you showed.... etc. Feedback was that I wasn't enthusiastic enough for the role.
