Very easy, they are just gauging if you have the motivation this position takes, it is a very detailed position. You will be working with minimal supervision is why they are looking to see if you can motivate yourself.

Interview
The interview was a little weird- three people brought you into a room with clipboards. Usually, interviews are normally like a conversation, but it felt a little interrogative. I've heard the same thing from a bunch of my coworkers. All in all, the questions were pretty typical, except they asked for more examples than most places would.
