I applied online. I interviewed at Conservice (Logan, UT) in Dec 2020
Interview
The multi-step interview process was thorough, professional and overall a great experience. After submitting my resume and a filling out the short application, I received a confirmation email. Within a week of that submission Conservice conducted a short phone interview with me where I answered a few basic questions about availability and starting. I also received basic information about the position I applied for. I took a skills test, which allows for more accurate training, and then was contacted about setting up a second, more intensive interview. That interview (over Zoom due to Covid) had two people from HR that asked standard Interview questions and lasted approximately 35 minuets. I was invited to ask questions and felt comfortable and supported by my interviewers.
