There were three interviews. The first interview was a brief initial interview with a manager and recruiter. The second interview was with the entire sales team with different departments. The final interview was a follow-up with the manager obtaining information, time frame, and onboarding. The second interview was intensive with many different questions where I had to describe scenarios of past employment obstacles and how I overcome them.
