The interview process consisted of a 30 minute chat with the hiring manager and one other senior manager, and then a full-day workshop round (which I didn't get through to). It was a very clear interview, with questions and the structure of the interview provided beforehand. I only waited until the next day to hear an answer as well, which is hugely appreciated in this job market and not always a given.
