Interview
First round was with HR. They were friendly and asked simple qualifying questions gave overview on the company. The second round was with the hiring director, it was a nice flowing conversation but with more technical questions and more details on the actual job. Third round is in person, they usually select two finalists.

How would you start the due diligence for the acquisition of a potential development site?
Met with 2 employees, 1 of which was a family member of the president. After that there was a phone interview with the president in which a follow call was scheduled, then rescheduled and yet rescheduled severe more times. The call never happened.

Loyalty to the company. Change order management - "There are no change orders." Cost control: "We received your bid for 100,000, why can't you do it for 80,000?" Pushing for approvals: "Push the city for approvals."
