Interview
Talk about my previous security consulting position, spoke in target language. I knew someone working there so it was easy to get in, but I wish I never took the offer. Stay away from APAC gigs.
The process began with a phone interview conducted by a recruiter from Control Risks. During this conversation, the recruiter asked about my background, experience, and motivation for applying. They were particularly interested in my experience in risk consulting and how I had handled complex projects in the past. I emphasized my ability to deliver strategic solutions and my experience working with diverse clients.

Question 1
Can you describe a time when you led a team through a particularly challenging project? What was your approach, and what was the outcome?
The entire process was well constructed. There was a relaxed atmosphere and an open format that allowed for plenty of opportunities to learn about the company and the job. It was very clear where I was in the process and what the next steps would be.
