Controls Systems Innovators interview questions

I had quite a strange interview with the owner. Went a bit over my experience then he started asking bunch of personal questions. Afterwards, I had a tour of their workshop and talked to a few employees. They seemed to be a nice bunch but the owner was unprepared/nonchalant. I had to refuse the offer due to the owner's demeaner.
