Telephonic screening was easy. Then I was called into the office for a face to face interview. The first round there was easy. The second round was with the CEO. He did not know what IO Psychology is, and instead told me that education has become a business. Eventually I got rejected because he did not know what Industrial Psychology is and said I should work in an NGO or Hospital.

Overall Process is easy for any experienced to crack the interview round. Main u have to be more focused on getting the knowledge to learn more about recruitment. They will ask u Abt ur experience, qualification, your thoughts regarding any scenario or situation , your priorities and all.
