Recruiters do not have any idea on what skill set the project requires and do not know the hiring process completely They asked me to.arrive at their office by 10 am but interviewer did not turn up on that day and they started my interview with vp first and again waited for 30 minutes for second round. The hird panel did not arrive at office and he took my video interview. I feel like I wasted my one day time with this company with of no use
