Conviva Lead Software Engineer interview questions

I applied via LinkedIn. Got a callback from the recruiter within 3 days. Understood the position, work, product and set my expectations as part of the first call. The process completed in exactly 30 days. They gave me an assignment, followed by 4 technical discussion, 2 discussions with directors and 1 HR discussion. The recruiter confessed of making assumptions about negotiating on my expectations and came up with a ridiculous offer after completing the process and didn't even have the courtesy to apologise.
