Interview
The interview process consisted of weighing how well the interviewee is comfortable with dealing with cell phones and what level of aptitude one has with technology and assisting customers expediently and professionally. The manager will be conducting the interview, and you will get hired if you're at least somewhat tech savvy, and know what you're doing.
