The process took a few weeks. There was an Initial meet and greet, this was followed by a take home exercise, which was followed by an onsite interview based on the exercise. There was some code review and design questions in the onsite .
I had the first interview round and after a week, get call telling me that I'm not chosen for next round because of Norwegian language.
I've been working with that language over ten years and never got that feedback.
Perhaps they should have written on the advert "Native Norwegian" as a requirement? Immigrant profiles aren't welcome.
I dont think it's good to work at Coop Norge, low diversity, inclusiveness.

Interview
Initial interview where we got to know each other. Later they sent out a take-home test with follow-up technical interview. The take-home test also included personality-test and IQ-test that worked like sudoku. Presented the take-home test in person. Finally they asked for references. Got offer of 1,1M NOK.
