After the recruiter interview and a call with the manager they invited me into the office to meet with multiple team members. I felt like I was given the same opportunity to interview them as they were interviewing me. The employees are great and the work/goals seem exciting. Unfortunately I didn’t get the offer but the recruiter personally called to provide helpful feedback from the interview and asked to keep in touch. I hope to work for Cortland in the near future
