Cosmix (India) interview questions

The process started off well with a phone screening and an interview with the manager, followed by a case study. However, things took a turn during the second round when I had to meet with the founders. I had informed them that I was attending the interview during a break from my internship, but one of the founders made me wait over an hour, even though she was free. She asked irrelevant questions, and the interview became uncomfortable when I explained why I wanted to leave my internship for a full-time role. While most people would understand, she didn’t seem to. That experience felt like a major red flag, so I decided to withdraw my application.
