Very informal, more of a friendly chat. Got to meet the team who were lovely and participate in a trial shift to demonstrate experience. Very smooth and easy process and nice environment to work in.

Very easy interview, staff always different so they hire many people on a rolling basis. Didn’t need coffee experience, they will teach you everything. Very good starting job. For a supervisor, you didn’t need any experience either.
