Covalent Lithium interview questions

Gruelling and unnecessarily complicated. The first phone screening would have behavioral/ technical questions on the spot. Then goes to the second interview which was supposed to be face to face but they ended up cancelling last minute and changing it to Teams. Two of the three interviewers didn't even show up for the interview. After being told I've done well and progressed to the next stage I was asked to submit referees for reference checks. The referees were contacted with an elaborate questionnaire which they had to answer. Once that was complete, they rang me up and said they needed a third interview to make up for the other two interviewers who couldn't make it the previous time. One of them still ended up a no show. Face to face interview was changed to online again. They asked for a week's time to finalize the process and then just entirely ghosted me. The hiring officer didn't answer my emails or calls and I had to contact someone on the top level executive personally to finally hear that another candidate had been selected for the role.
