Their recruiting process is designed to give you the chance to meet as many Coveros consultants as possible. They want to answer your questions and give you the opportunity to understand what it is like to be a Coveros consultant. On the Coveros side, they are assessing your cultural and technical fit into the company. They are also identifying the level of investment they would have to make in you to help you succeed and meet their customers’ requirements. The recruiting meetings are as follows:
1. Recruiter Screen
2. Technical Screen - A phone meeting to go over your resume, job experience, and explore technical subjects
3. Coveros Foundations - A cultural fit conversation
4. Face to Face interviews
a. Problem Solving Challenge - We will present you with a technical problem and see how you go about resolving the challenge. You'll need to have your laptop handy for this part of the interview. Feedback on your resolution will be provided and then you will be asked to implement the feedback
b. Technical interview - Based on your resume, a senior member of our staff will have a conversation with you about technologies you have used and your future interests in technologies
c. Non-Technical Interview - Based on your resume, a senior member of our staff will have a conversation with you about your work experience and where you want to take your career
5. If all these meetings are positive, we will ask you to submit a job application and we will invite you to meet our CEO over Google Hangouts
The following interview questions are from step 2 of 5 (Technical interview).
Alan Crouch (Federal Account Manager) asked questions, while Tom Sheihm (CTO) 'shadowed' phone call.
