      Pros

      Mentor Program was strong. The CTO is fantastic, I would work with him anywhere!

      Cons

      Pay and benefits were not competitive. The CEO was often a hot-head. They did not handle non-performers but let people go who were high performers :(

      Good intentions, small company, some potentials, full remote.

      Cons

      Missed business opportunities, wrong market focus, really poor benefits and incentives, your voice doesn't count although they tell you otherwise.
