I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Covidien
Interview
A couple of phone interviews, then all day on-site interview with multiple people in the department, other departments and HR. Good interviews. Asked technical questions, questions about background/work history and behavioral questions. A good mix of fair questions.
Gave time to ask questions back and all interviewers appeared to honestly answer the questions (good or bad).

Question 1
Questions were very fair for the position. The questions were not difficult or unexpected if you have the appropriate education/experience.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Covidien (Atlanta, GA) in Feb 2015
Interview
Primary HR interview by phone went well. Secondary phone interview with Quality Management was a bit harsh and nailed me with skills I didn't have much like a military drill instructor. I couldn't hear the interviewer due to talking in the background and speaker phone. Would have been better for p2p interview.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Covidien
Interview
Recruited by temp company. Brief initial phone interview with recruiter. In-person interview with hiring manager and toured lab. Pretty easy questions and friendly staff. Not too many difficult questions, pretty standard. Overall a good experience!
