started with a phone screen from a recruiter. Then a phone screen with human resources and the manager i was replacing as he was moving on to another company role. Basically covered most of the same questions as with recruiter. Was then brought on site for a panel interview with an operational excellence guy, someone from finance, a different human resources person and the production operations guy. They each had resume questions and then each asked a behavioral question - "tell me about a time when". I was then taken on a tour by anther operational excellence person. After the tour i left. About a week later they called and stated they decided to go in another direction.
