Received an email saying they saw my Resume and were interested in a phone interview. Followed up with a phone interview that reviewed my resume and asked me a couple of technical questions related to the project that I would work on. After this phone interview, received an email two weeks later saying they wanted to hire me. Interviewed with my future boss and his boss. Little unnerving for two people to be asking tricky questions, but it went well.
