Interview
Took a while to actually get a response from the hiring team. I was contacted and asked when we could do an interview in person. (took like 1 week to ensure each executives availability)
Anyways, once the interview was over I had to personally reach out to one of the recruiters to get a response of if i was moving forward or not. I didn't get a follow up for an entire month.

"You'll be managing over 50 lot employees and ensuring operations are exceptionally taken care of and consistent. Now, if we were to hire you (outsider) instead of promoting an employee who has been here for 10 years, how will you lead your team?
