Very Informal process. Loosely Asked about vehicle experience and knowledge. Made sure you could identify damage on the vehicle. It was definitely relevant to the position, just not your normal process.

Interview
Spoke to a recruiter and had a brief interview, over the phone. I was then scheduled for a video call with the manager of the area. Both were great experiences- both were kind and informative.
