Ghosted after 1st interview with recruiter despite recruiter proactively promising to follow up the next business day at the latest. Unfortunately they did not respond to my follow up emails.

Interview
First round was talking to the recruiter. The second round was with the hiring manager. The third round was with the team of 5 people, 2 of whom didn't show up. All the interviews went well, 2 weeks after the last interview I followed up with the recruiter. Never heard anything back. After so much time and effort that has been put into the interviewing process, noone even took the time to respond to my email which is disappointing.

Sent a Google form as the first step, then a call with the hiring manager. The interviewer was not very knowledgeable on subject matter of Agile and the questions came off like they were just googled. Said there would be follow up from HR but nothing came.
